Booking and Payment - *Booking*: All bookings must be made through our website or authorized agents. - *Payment*: We accept major credit cards and cash. - *Cancellations and Refunds*: Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the trip will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. In case of cancellation due to weather or safety concerns, a full refund or rescheduling will be provided. ## 2. Participant Responsibilities - *Health and Safety*: Participants must be in good health and disclose any medical conditions or disabilities at the time of booking. Bring necessary medications and inform the guide of their location. - *Equipment*: We provide snorkeling gear. Participants may use their own gear if it meets safety standards. Participants are responsible for the care of provided equipment. - *Conduct*: Follow the guide’s instructions at all times, respect marine life, and avoid alcohol before and during the trip. ## 3.
